In an effort to keep costs down for everyone, we use Paypal for accepting credit cards, and electronic checks.

Paypal allows us to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Online ordering is safe and secure.

However, some people prefer not to divulge personal information online. If you prefer, you can call us at 804-748-0111, and place your order over the phone. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone or at our store.
Or, you can email or fax your information.

Due to a surge in international internet fraud, we only accept credit cards with billing addresses in the United States at this point.
For the protection of everyone, the cardholder's billing address and shipping address must match. This also reduces credit card fraud.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We will refund payment if you are dissatisfied with an order, within reason. Please pay attention to sizes. Sizing is standard, unless otherwise noted.

Before returning an item, please contact us, providing a reason why you wish to return the item. If a refund is warranted,the cost of the original order, including shipping, will be refunded to you.
You will, however, be responsible for return postage, and payment will not be refunded until items are received.
Bargain bin items are sold as is, and no returns are allowed on these items.

Also, for health reasons, underwear, including panties, thongs, and bikini bottoms are non-returnable.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I have found this to be the most effective shipping method.This is the lowest cost way to ship items, with the ability to track a package's progress.
Also, items usually arrive within 2-3 days. Orders are usually mailed out on the next workday after receiving the order.
If you want the order shipped faster, contact us, and we can provide a faster shipping method at an additional cost.

Shipping charges are based on the total cost of the order. Here is the basic breakdown.

$5.00-$9.99=$3.00
$10.00-$49.99=$4.00
$50.00-$99.99=$5.00
$100.00 and up=$5.50***
